Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Dipped in melted chocolate the first time, and it was almost too much of a sweet cookie! Since then, I've made again but I just make the cookie recipe without the icing and undipped. Delicious!

Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

I dare say this is on par, if not better, than my mother's recipe that I have been using for decades. My husband tried to say mine was just as good, but I think he's being polite. Definitely worth making. (Oh, I cooked less macaroni as others have noted).

Sweet and Savory Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This recipe is divine! I received a printed copy, without realizing it was on allrecipes. I just left the paper copy in the grocery store. Rather than trudge back to the store, I thought I would "google" the recipe and low and behold...I find the exact recipe on allrecipes.com (my favourite site for recipes). I hope someone at the store takes home the recipe and enjoys it as much as I do!

Asian Fire Meat

Lots of chopping for prep, however, I marinated all overnight. Quick to cook and I served over noodles. Delicious! Good recipe to make the night before.

Sesame Noodles

I have made this several times in the past month. So easy, fast and addictive. I use capellini noodles. Also, can't find sesame seeds without going the bulk barn so I sprinkle with cashew nuts. I also sprinkle with red pepper flakes, along with extra green onion. I love this recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

HEAVENLY! I made without the icing. The dough tastes like my mother's sweet bread which I adore. I just finished my first batch of these cinnamon buns and ate three right away! Best recipe for dough. I softened my butter too much; it melted. So, I added the sugar & cinnamon and spread it on the dough. I also followed someone's tip and turned them out of the pan shortly after removing from the oven.
