Mini Cheesecakes from PHILADELPHIA®

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2014
I made these for Thanksgiving this year. I should have added the lemon zest to the batter to give this cheesecake more oomf! However, everyone else loved them as they were. They were super easy to make and using regular size baking cups made them the perfect serving size. I would make them again.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2014
This is SO good! I used frozen cauliflower that I cooked just until thawed in the microwave. It should be cold, but not frozen solid. I have a convect ROAST function on my oven and the cauliflower came out perfect. I had tried it with convect BAKE before and it was kind of mushy.

Totally Tangy Baked French Fries

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Super YUM! ESPECIALLY for those of us that have to watch our salt intake... The only change I made was to use only 1 tablespoon of brown mustard. These were even good after they got cold. And the others were right, you don't need ketchup!

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2013
LOVE IT! It only took 10 minutes to boil the potatoes. I do suggest letting the potatoes cool enough that you can peel most of them before mashing. I started mashing before peeling and found I didn't like the look of all the peels in it. So I spent time picking most of them out.

Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
OH MY GOODNESS! This was so GOOD! I did use heavy cream as advised by the other reviewers. However, I used the whole pint and added some hershey's syrup. That in and of itself was absolute killer - I licked the bowl and the beaters!!! I made it for Christmas. I ended up having to hide what was left. My finicky husband has already requested it for our family reunion in August.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
I DID IT! I DID IT! I DID IT! Of course with Chantal's help and a water bath as recommended! It turned out awesome! No cracks, evenly browned and CRAZEE delicious. I made it for Thanksgiving with my husband in mind. He always talks about the gourmet cheesecakes they used to have at the Lazarus department store in Columbus, Ohio. He said this one was pretty darn close! Thanks again to Chantal and Allrecipes.

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
Great recipe. I always make two: one with hot sausage (Bob Evan's) and one without meat. I add onions, mushrooms and green peppers as well. The hot sausage gives it a nice kick!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
YUM! YUM! What an easy, tasty recipe!!! I will always do pork loin like this from now on. I am going to experiment with chicken. I changed the recipe by using only 2/3 cup water (as recommended by others), cajun seasoning instead of the salt and pepper alone, and one of those little tubs of garlic dipping sauce you get with pretzels. My GOSH it was good! Oh yeah, if you like onions (which I do) use 2 onions instead of one. Don't forget to add seasoning to your onions. They will cook down. Be sure to leave the lid off the last 20 minutes so that the water will actually evaporate as recommended by the other folks who have rated this recipe.

Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2002
Excellent recipe! Quick and easy! I've made it twice now and definitely recommend using lump crabmeat instead of imitation. Using cajun seasoning gives it a really nice kick. Enjoy it with "everything" flatbread.
