Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
I took the advice of others and mixed in a package of powdered ranch dressing mix. These were a total hit at the party people are calling me for the recipe saying they are craving them now.

Egg in a Boat
My kids both love this recipe. I have used it for years and even as a child we used it as well. I remember learning it in cooking class in Junior High school. We always butter and toast the circle we cut from the middle with lots of butter and my kids dip it in the egg yolk. Yum!

Roasted Potatoes with Greens
I was leary about this recipe but decided to make it for Thanksgiving anyway. I had many compliments on the dish and I liked it quite a bit. I used less rosemary then the recipe called for and I am glad I did because it was slightly overpowering as it was in my opinion.
