Spicy Spaghetti Squash

WARNING!!: I followed the suggestion a reviewer made to cook the squash in the microwave. I used a common glass casserole dish I'd used a zillion times in the oven, and I'm positive it must have been microwave safe. After about 12 min it was done, I took it out, set it on the counter and BAM! it shattered into a million little pieces.

YES! add worceshire sause YES! add more soy sauce and cornstarch while cooking YES! add red pepper, bok choy and broccoli near the end of frying YES! add more garlic and ginger while frying love love love it

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Homemade Wonton Soup

One of my favorite recipes! Easy and fun to make and SO delicious :) It does yeild quite a few, and I live alone but it worked out nicely. I froze about 25% of the meat mixture and the left over wrappers (seperatly) and will pull them out when my mom comes to visit this weekend so she can enjoy it too! Thank you for posting this recipe

Pumpkin Ravioli

Even though the reviews for this recipe were 1/2 and 1/2....I was hopeful. Unfortunatly I was seriously disapointed. It had so much potential!! But the pumpkin and ricotta are both such mild flavors it was very bland. And, I used the wonton wrappers to save time but that idea flopped too. Ravioli pasta is normally nice and thick, but the wonton wrappers become super thin, transparent and slimy when cooked (which is great for wonton soup, but not for pasta). I hate wasting food but I had no choice but to throw out all the leftovers :(
