Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

OMG!!! If you want stick to your ribs comfort food this is the recipe to use. It was very good without the tuna being overpowering. I don't like tuna casseroles but decided to try this and boy I am glad I did. I used the Tuna in the package not in the can.

Hot Ham and Swiss Dip

Banana Mallow Pie

This was good, I would make again. I just wish I could figure out how to make it more marshmallow consistency. I found them to be a little too soft after being added into the mixture and setting in the frige.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

This was the best lemone meringue pie I have ever made. The flavor was great without being too sweet or too lemony. The meringue even mounded beautifully. This is now my go to recipe for lemon pie.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

This is a definate keeper....I had to cook mine a little longer that given. But that could just be my oven. I added green onions and 16ounces of ham instead of 8. Perfecto!!!! Do not make any changes to the recipe It is wonderful as written. It literally only takes minutes to throw together.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Wonderful!!! I put the brown sugar and the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf instead of the bottome as others suggested. It was moist and even better the next day as left overs. I followed the receipe to a T and it worked great. This is now my families favorite meatloaf recipe.

Mushroom Pie

Love this, it is so good. Not complicated and has the high end resturant look and taste. I used multiple types of mushrooms. Best eaten the same day, left overs are good just the puff pastry is not as crispy.

Creamy Coconut Cake

This is a super simple cake. I made in a 9x13 inch sheet pan. It was quick and easy to make and tasted just like a macaroon. The look of the cake even in the pan was a beautiful presentation. I used untoasted and toasted coconut for the topping.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

I loved this receipe, I made it just the way the recipe was written except I added chopped walnuts. I took these to work and got rave reviews. I did have to bake longer than 12 minutes, but they turned out great. Even the men at worked couldn't get enough. Thanks for the great recipe.

It's Chili by George!!

I have been looking for the perfect chili recipe and this is it. The consistency is thich and hearty. Definately a keeper. This will be the only chili recipe I use from here on out. I only used one can of beans and it was still thick and hearty.
