Cranberry Upside-Down Sour Cream Cake

This was good but not spectacular- will try something else that uses cranberries before I make it again.

Very easy and good. I also decreased the amount of water, and used the same mix of brown sugar and white sugar as others suggested. I did decrease the flour and added oats instead with the same amount of butter. I also baked it at 400 for the whole time. And I also did not peel the apples.It turned out great

Orange Kiss-Me Cake

Very easy good light cake. I used almonds instead of walnuts and topped with orange cream frosting instead of suggested topping even though I did pour some fresh juice over the top while the cake was still warm. I also used fresh mandarin oranges.

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Yuck!!! Way too sweet and the vanilla tastes very strange in this. Next time I will just add some butter and a small amount of maple syrup to the sweet potatoes--no white sugar!j The topping was good

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

After reading the reviews, I also added an apple, brown sugar and an onion. Since I was using leftover sauerkraut there wasn't that enough sauerkraut juice so I added beer. It worked out very well. I may add some carraway seeds next time.
