Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Very tasty! Not a beer fan so I added a half bottle of beer and half can of chicken broth. I also added a can of kidney beans but only because I had them, next time Ill leave them out as it was to thick with not enough liquid.

Kielbasa Stew

This was amazing! My husband and mother lived it! I did add potato's like others recommended and I added some red pepper flakes and Cajun Seasoning. Next time I think some carrot's would also make for a great flavor. For sure a keeper in my recipe box!

Stuffed Strawberries

I didn't have Orange flavoring so I had to use vanilla. I also did as some recommended and shredded up some chocolate and sprinkled it all over the top. These went really fast! If you make these make twice as much as you think you will need! I also used Low Fat cream cheese and it was still tasty.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

Needs more sauce! I went through 2 jars of sauce. I also added more mushrooms than suggested and added extra zucchini along with a bag of spinach. Very tasty!

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

I broiled the chicken before dicing into small cubes and then reheated it in a pan with some extra BBQ sauce. I also used more BBQ sauce than suggested on the dough before adding chicken. I also carmalized an entire red onion before adding to the pizza, it was outstanding and my mother who is a BBQ sauce fanatic ended up eating 4 slices!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Very, very tasty! I did as some have mentioned and added paprika for color, also did coat the top side of the fish with olive oil, cooked for 4 minutes and then flipped and added the cheese mixture and cooked an additional 3 minutes. It was scrumptuous!!
