I have 3 grown boys-2 married, 2 granddaughters. I'm married for now. Husband has 2 girls, 7 grands, 9 greats. In the process of getting ready to move to Texas to be near my kids. I really love to bake desserts & goodies but am learning to love cooking. It's hard to cook for 2 after cooking for 10 for so many years but getting used to it. Simple, making things with what's on hand is fun to me. It is traditional for me to change something in each recipe every time I use it. Feels more creative. The scones recipe I used from here I changed & am now famous for at church. Gravy & sauces are really my hardest thing to make.
