Hubby is a picky eater, but liked this okay. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and followed the instructions for the recipe, only baking about 45 mins instead of the full hour. It was good, but just didn't wow us. Great for a go-to meal, if you have the time to baste the chicken every 10 minutes like the recipe calls for. If not, I would either marinate the chicken in this sauce over night, and pour over the chicken and cover it with aluminum foil while baking, or skip this recipe altogether.
