This was great! Instead of adding stuffing to the top, I added two cups of al dente rice to the casserole instead. Added the cheese to the top with additional bacon bits because I didn't have the exact salad dressing as the recipie called for. I also added one cup of chicken.

Ham and Swiss Stromboli

Super tasty! I used packaged refrigerated pizza crust instead as I couldn't locate the French loaf dough. I also used ham and salami for meat and fresh spinach for filling. I then heated up marinara sauce and we dipped our stromboli slices. Delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This is AMAZING! I used Gardein meatless ground in place of chicken, added crushed garlic and some roasted red peppers. My family loves this, even my children!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

First, my husband and two children liked these. I love molasses and felt it needed more molasses. But, I also followed other reader suggestions and added 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown. I wanted these larger than the palm of my hand so baked them for 16 mins at 350.
