Broccoli and Carrot Lasagna

I did not like this very much the first day but the next day it was great. I steamed frozen broccoli florets, and shredded carrots right into the chesse mixture, also added a package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed. I skipped the rosemary, used lowfat cottage cheese and cream of mushroom and roasted garlic soup also used no boil lasagna sheets. Next time I make this I will make it a day ahead of time realy is a great recipe.

Best Spanish Rice

This was pretty good. I used 1 medium red onion and reduced the rice to 1 cup did not brown the rice as stated in previous reviews. Definitely a quick and easy side dish to prepare. Thanks for the recipe.

Spicy Fish Soup

This is a great soup. I used 1 lb of shrimp and skipped the fish. I did not have any chili powder so i used 1/2 tablespoon of old bay, and 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper still tasted great will definitely make again!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

The recipe was good but could have used a little more flavor. This was the first time that i have made a pot roast so next time will add some veggies and some wine as recomeded by previous reviews. Cooked at 3 hours on low then put it on high for 3 hours that seemed to work well.

Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

This is very good will definitely make again. Only used 5 slices of cheese and used 98% fat free mushroom soup to make a bit more healthy tasted great! Thanks for the recipe

Double-Cheese Meat Loaf

This is the best meatloaf I have ever made. I used all extra lean ground beef next time I will try half turkey half beef. Also I used 2% milk mozzarella and fresh grated parmesan. My fiance also loved it will make again soon!

Moroccan Chicken

I loved this dish. I have made it twice and the first time I used indian chilie powder instead of the cayenne and that made it spicier which i liked.
