Egg Noodles
I made these for a chicken noodle soup I was making. I did deviate somewhat but they still turned out great. I used 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup all purpose and 1/2 cup semolina flour(pasta flour). I did not use butter or salt. They took a while to cook but their texture and taste was great. thanks

Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup
An excellent soup. I changed a few things because of necessity not choice. I used a 3.5 lb squash. I didn't have any garlic on hand. I broke my blender jar so I couldn't blend this so I used a potato masher to mash up the pear which I cubed up about a half inch in size. This gave me a soup that was a bit lumpy and quite wonderful as I loved the texture and it brought out the pear and onion flavor better because it wasn't all creamed together. Two thumbs up!!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
I halved this recipe using 8oz minibella mushrooms, no butter, all three T of flour and no sherry. I was adding it to a casserole rather than the boughten kind. It tasted great. highly recommended.
