Corn and Zucchini Melody

Easy Layer Bar Cookies

These were very good and easy. I did alter the ingredients as suggested by others. I used 1 1/2 cups of crumbs and about 1 cup of each chips. Very good and will make again and again.

Garlic Salmon

This was excellent. I used dried dill and white onion instead of green onion. Also added a lot more garlic. I will definately make this again if I can get my hands on some fresh salmon.

This is the best bread I have ever made. I have already made 3 batches. I tried milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet. Both are very good. I will definately make this bread every summer when my zucchini is overflowing.

I think these brownies are great. I added milk chocolate chips and I do believe they are a must. Without the chips they might be a little low on sugar.

Zucchini Brownies

I was very worried making this recipe. I evedently did not read enough of the reviews because I kept looking back at the recipe because I thought I forgot something. It was so dry that I added an egg, a little milk and a little extra oil. I had also doubled the recipe. It was very good with the additions, I will try it again without the additions I made.

Summer Corn Salad

This is a very light and refreshing summer salad. I did have to add more oil and vinegar. I also added garlic, salt and pepper. I will try this again with more dressing.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

I am very pleased with this recipe. I used 1/2 unsweetened applesauce like mention in some reviews and the other 1/2 vegetable oil. I did not have nutmeg but it turned out great. I baked in 5 small loaf pans and it took about the same cooking time.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

This is great. I didn't use all the topping and added a little more rhubarb. I also put it in a small pan because I like the fruit to be thick. It was wonderful.

Rhubarb Cherry Pie

I made this pie but did not get to taste it. I gave it to my Dad and he thought it was wonderful. I did not use a top crust, but instead used left over topping from the rhubarb strawberry crunch that I made the same day. He thought it was great and even asked to have more rhubarb in it next time.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

This was a very good meatloaf, although I thought it wasn't much different than other meatloaves. I used italian style tomatoes. I will make this again.

Zucchini Pie

This was a wonderful recipe. I used cheddar cheese because I didn not have any parmesan and I also left out the marjoram. I did add some salt and garlic. Thanks and I will definately make again.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

This was very good although I did alter the recipe a bit. I added garlic and extra salt and pepper. I also added sour cream instead of milk because I was out. Added a little parsley. It only took about 45 minutes to cook and maybe I sliced the potatoes too thin. My husband loved it.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This was excellent. I did alter the ingredients a little. I added cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs and also some green pepper. I only used 2 1/2 cups cheese and it turned out great. Did put bacon on top. I also baked it in a loaf pan and it turned out perfect. Will make again and again.

Indiana-Style Fried Cabbage

This recipe is a winner in my book. I did drain most of the bacon drippings off because I thought it would be too greasey. I served this with a St. Patrick's day meal and it was a hit. Thanks for the recipe.

No Bake Sugar Free Cheese Cake

This was a wonderful dish. I fixed it for my diabetic Grandmother and it will become a regular. I might try strawberry jell-o next time instead of lemon for a twist.

All Day Apple Butter

I made this for my husband and I was planning on giving some away for Christmas presents. Needles to say, my husband wants to keep it all for himself. Very easy and tastey. Will make again next year during apple season.

Mushroom Stuffing

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

This recipe was wonderful and I don't even like sweet potatoes. I will make this again for sure. I did boil the sweet potatoes the night before and mashed and mixed up the casserole the next morning. Wonderful
