I've been an allrecipes.com fan for a few years and this is the first review I've done. This recipe is amazing - healthy and delicious! I've made these pancakes a dozen ways and they're great every time. You can "healthify" it even more by using all whole wheat flour, adding a couple tablespoons of flaxseed meal and/or wheat germ, and a smashed banana or applesauce to the batter. My two boys, 4 and 1 eat these almost every morning - I feel great knowing their day is starting off healthy! And they're so filling that I'm not hungry again until lunchtime. Good stuff!
