Being generally healthy but also having treats is important to me. I have loved food since I can remember standing on a chair at the stove. As I have got older my creations have become more health focused. I exercise so I can eat more.
My favorite things to cook
We try to eat mainly wholefoods and low carb. I incorporate as much organic, gluten-free, spray-free, low-salt, made from scratch foods and am experimenting with raw.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Living in New Zealand we have many influences over the foods available. My kiwi parents have Chinese and English roots so I cook all sorts while trying to remain generally healthy.
