Cheeseburger Soup III

I have made this soup before....but I use cheddar cheese instead of processed stuff. Also, I cook up some bacon and crumble some on top of the bowls before serving.....it is amazing this way!

Carrot Cake

Excellent. Very moist and tasty. I did not include nuts, as no one in my family likes them. I have also made these into muffin/cupcakes. Yummy!

Creamy Buttercream Frosting

This frosting was incredible! I used some cocoa to make chocolate and it tasted like chocolate ice cream! I'm surprised there was any left for the cake!

Sarah's Applesauce

This was very good. I let it cook longer than what it called for (though I didn't time it) because my apples didn't seem to be getting soft and mushy. Great for a treat for the kids.

This tastes just like the original! I didn't have any cookies so I used chocolate graham wafer crumbs, mixed with margarine and a little bit of sugar for the bottom. The taste just didn't fit, I'm sure it would've been fine without them.

Beef Pot Pie III

This turned out very tasty, a little too runny though so next time will thicken more. I also was not crazy about the pie crusts, they didn't seem to hold the filling very well and seemed to get thin and mushy. Next time I will make my own and I'm sure it will be great!

Apple Dip

Two of my daughters enjoyed this dip, and it's a great way to get them to eat their fruit! I thought it tasted just like a cheesecake I have made often.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts I

I have been making these for a few years now. But instead of the ketchup sauce I marinate them in soy sauce for a few hours and then bake. Makes it even easier and plenty tasty!

Barbecue Beef Cups

These are so easy to make and so good! My kids even like them, and they don't like anything. It is quickly becoming a regular meal in our house. And the leftovers heat up perfectly the next day!

Coconut Cream Pie VI

Very tasty. I added a meringue topping to finish it off (I think whipped cream would make it way too sweet...it's already very sweet!) and toasted some coconut and sprinkled it on top.

Turkey Pot Pie

This was very good. I didn't follow exact measurements, just kept adding veggies until it looked like enough. I also added some frozen peas and a can of cream of chicken soup. It made enough for 2 pies! I was surprised though, that as soupy as it seemed it held together like there wasn't any gravy at all! I would have preferred a little more gravy but the flavour was excellent!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

I used a cake mix instead, piped the filling through the top and covered with the chocolate icing so many had recommended. These were so good! Very quick and easy too.

Best White Icing Ever

Excellent decorating icing, it really holds it shape. But once it's covered it softens up. I added a little more milk when mixing and added peppermint extract and cocoa. Very tasty!

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

These are so good! I remember having these when I was little. Next time I think I might try doubling everything except the marshmallows. For some reason I remember them being thicker, or I'll use a smaller pan.

Cakes In A Cone

Good recipe. Great for kid's parties. If possible, make them the day of to avoid getting soggy. Transport tip: if you get ice cream from McD's, save the cone holders they put them in.
