Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2002
This was a delicious recipe... VERY rich. I would make it again, BUT- I would cut the wine in half.. the flavor was very prominent, and I will put very little sauce over the individual servings next time, because it is so rich. A little goes a long way.. don't spoil this recipe by putting too much sauce over your pasta.. start with VERY little.. then add more. Other than that, it was delicious, and I will make again. My husband said it tasted like something you would eat at a fancy restaurant. (but he said the wine was too strong) Thanks again!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2002
This was an outstanding recipe! It's the only one I'll use from now on. The sauce/meat/pasta combination was percectly proportioned. My husband doesn't like ziti.... but he thought this was great! He had thirds!! Thanks for an awesome recipe. I'm not afraid to make this for my aunt and grandmother who are great cooks. :o)

Apple-Cran-Cherry Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2002
OK I admit I was a bit wary, being I hate cranberries, so I halved the recipe. Now I wish I made the full recipe. The cookies came out moist and delicious, with a little bit of tang. Kinda like an apple cranberry muffin... I didn't have any cardamom or whatever it was called so I left it out, they still came out wonderful. I will definitely make them again. I made these as a snack for a road trip, they are filling because of the oatmeal and healthy as well. Thanks for a great recipe!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2002
This was an awesome recipe. So moist, and so easy to make! Easy on the frosting, though, very rich. (I cut the icing sugar in half) The cake was delicious even plain! It's been out for about two hours and it's already half gone! I shall remain faithful to this recipe forever! :o)

Peach Cobbler VI

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2002
This recipe was great.. I didn't have a large can of peaches, only small so I scaled the recipe in half and cooked it in a square pan. Cooked it for the same amount of time and it came out perfect. My husband and I sent the kids to bed and ate it warm with french vanilla ice cream. There's none left. It was heavenly! Now what do I say tomorrow morning when they ask for some?

Coconut Ambrosia Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2001
I tried this ambrosia.. I didn't care for it.... it tasted like just a pineapple coconut mix... maybe some apples or other fruits would have livened it up a bit. But it had a good consistency.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2001
These cookies were great.. but you MUST have a glass of milk with them! I didn't have any peanut butter chips so I just added a few more chocolate chips.. I don't know how well they keep because they weren't around long enough! :o)
