Fried Green Tomato Sandwich

Absolutely wonderful! Had a hard time finding 'green tomatoes' but worth the search! Grilled cheese of any variety is a go-to! I plan to try 'Fried Green Tomatoes' soon. Thank you.

\The receipe is solid, but waaay too sweet for me. Also, the oil is a bit much. All that said, the taste (when adjusted) is great. Thank you.

The Perfect Cream Cheese Pie Crust

This was wonderful! I hate to roll, so after reading the reviews, I gave it a try. Patting into the pan was perfect! Someone said 'pop-tart' consistency, but I don't think it was as hard. Great!

Broccoli Salad I

Loved this salad but...The recipe calls for sunflower seeds, and the photo shows cashews. I used both! :) Wonderful!

Funny thing, I didn't know 'Roughy' came in more than one color...Mine happened to be White. This marinade is wonderful. I only left it in for about 15 minutes, and left out the ketchup. Added a little Pickled Ginger juice, and it was fantastic! Thanks so much.
