It was delicious but we couldn't find either of the Marsala spices in the store so we used some curry spice as a substitute and it still turned out good. We also only used two cups of cream instead of three and the sauce still was very good. It was a little on the spicy side (which is good for me) and I imagine this could have had to do with one less cup of cream or not having the two other recommended spices. So if you don't like spice, either cut down on the Cayenne pepper or use more cream.
