Very good. I find that adding a pressed clove of garlic pushes the taste up to 5 stars.

Spiral Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
Very fresh and light - I used a pound of bow tie pasta, tripled the vegetables, added about 1/2 cup fresh parsley but didn't increase the dressing. My family loved it - even my husband who has never before touched any sort of pasta salad! It was a nice change of pace from the 'regular' Italian dressing and mayo based dressings. Thanks for the recipe!

Everyone loved these at my gathering. I used half of the oil and half of the dill. I'll be making these again!

Nana-Nut Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2005
My family loves banana bread, but I cringe whenever I see how much sugar and oil/butter called for in most recipes. I didn't have buttermilk, so I added a splash of vinegar to my 1% milk before mixing with the other wet ingredients. I also didn't have walnuts, but I did have semi sweet mini chocolate chips and added 2 T. of those. For Weight Watchers, this recipe is 3 points per slice. My bread came out just right. A nice little treat.

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2004
My husband, our 2 teenagers and I all liked this recipe. I substituted 1/2 tsp. onion powder for the chopped onion, added a little salt, and only marinated for one hour. I added a bit of thyme before I sealed in foil. It's a keeper - thanks!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2000
I was skeptical...I've tried so many sugar cookie recipes before, and this is The Final Answer in sugar cookies. Not only do they cut well, they are tasty, too! We made the suggested frosting using lots of different colors. This is the first time I have enjoyed making sugar cookies. Thanks,JS!
