Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes were lovely. I was slightly worried about the pancakes tasting like vinegar but this was not the case. They were fluffy and rose really well in the pan. Like many others have said, they do not serve 4 -more like 2! I got 6 medium sized ones out of this recipe. We had them with maple syrup and they soaked it up so well that I had to add more. Will definitely make again!
