I started this in my bread machine on the "dough" cycle and finished it on the BBQ on low. (indirect was too low and was not producing the bubbles) As it was coming off the grill we gave it a quick twist of fresh seasalt ~ awesome! I substituted the milk for 3 tablespoons of greek yogurt and added 1/2 tsp. of baking soda as per reviews.
