Lucky's Su Chef
About this Cook
I must love to cook-or else I would not be here. My profile photo is of my Su Chef, Bert. He always joins me in the kitchen, maybe not to help with the preparation-but at least with moral support.
My favorite things to cook
Just about anything. I love to tackle new recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Traditional Southern Cooking. My Granma taught me a lot
My cooking triumphs
My cornbread.
My cooking tragedies
Microwaving fish sticks. Hey! I was only 18 and didn't know any better!

World's Best Lasagna
Wonderful! I made this for Super Bowl dinner & it was a hit! This is another versatile recipe, I could customize it any way I want & it would still be yummy. I put in hot Italian sausage and the cheese was plentiful just the way we like it. The sauce alone is awesome. Thanks for a good recipe.

Country Sunday Breakfast Casserole
Very good, especially for a Sunday morning. I'll be preparing another for tomorrow & I will try it with hot country sausage and a couple more eggs. I appreciate a good, versatile recipe.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo
I made this for my husband tonight and he RAVED about it!!! I served it with a little sauteed shrimp and a small salad. He said I'm in trouble now because he is going to ask me to make it all the time. Thank you for this recipe!
