Scrambled Egg Muffins

Reviewed: May 19, 2011
I loved these! The 5 stars is actually from my husband who is pretty picky about food. I added sliced mushrooms to the bottom of the cups and poured the egg mixture on top. I also mixed in a little chilli powder. Topped them with salsa. They were great!

Tzatziki Sauce II

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
I love this sauce! I used Greek yogurt and the food processor like other reviewers. I didn't have any mint so I didn't follow the recipe exactly but still turned out fantastic!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
Very good! My husband who only likes meat in between two buns actually really liked them and that is a major compliment. I did make a couple of changes that previous viewers recomended. I used 2 eggs instead of one and 1 cup of bread crumbs instead of 1/2 cup just to make sure they didn't fall apart. They definately didn't. Came out great! But I did get 5 patties instead of 4 with the changes- not a problem! Came our much better than I thought they would.

Scalloped Potatoes I

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
Yummy! Made a couple of changes. The store actually didn't have cheese soup so I used cream of mushroom instead. Topped it with fried onions instead of cheese and it made a great addition. Definately a keeper!

Easy Swedish Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
Like a lot of the other reviewers on here, I was also looking for a Stockholm Inn style swedish pancake. Haven't had one since I left Rockford years ago and this recipe really brings back those yummy memories!

Veggie Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
Great stir fry! And I agree with a previous reviewer that you can use pretty much any veggies with the sauce. I used mushrooms, onion, broccoli, red and green peppers and a little bit of green onion. Quick, easy and very scrumptious!

Best Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2012
I must admit that I actually didn't have very high hopes for this recipe. I honestly thought that since it only has 4 ingredients it would be too "plain", but I was pleasently surprised. Everyone loved it! I didn't microwave any of the ingredients first- just mixed it together and threw it in the oven. So simple and so good!

Cheesy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2013
Great recipe and really easy to make. I have tried other corn casseroles that call for butter and come out super soupy and greasy. This one is creamy and delicious!

Love these wings and they are always a hit! I really try to never fry anything but it's hard finding wings that you don't have to fry. These are always a crowd pleaser!

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
Yummy! This was my first time making stuffed cabbage and they came out great! It was intimidating making these for my husband, especially since he is used to his Polish mothers cabbage. But he loved them! He even said they were better than his mothers. I did make just a couple of modifications. I added some italian sausage just because I didn't have enough ground beef. And I used tomato bisque with a can of diced tomatoes instead of just the soup. Great recipe!

Tangy Floret Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
I really liked this salad. It's a really tasty way to get all your veggies in. I also added some chopped celery because I had it on hand and it gave it a nice, fresh crunchiness. I made it for my hubby and my parents when they were visiting and got rave reviews!

Pork Chops and Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I loved this! I was a little nervous at first- porkchops with chees? But it turned out great! I took a previous reviewers recomendation and went with broccoli cheese soup instead of cheese sauce (just hate the sauce all together). I also added some frozen broccoli, mushrooms and minced garlic to just add more veggies. I made about half the recipe and only needed to cook it for 4 hours in the slow cooker. The pork chops were "fall apart" awesome! I will defontaley be making this one again!

Mock Champagne

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2013
Love this mock chamagne! I served it for my baby shower and everyone loved it! I usually don't like punch but this one is perfect- not too sweet. I got tons of compliments and a few people asked for the recipe. Made it with sparkling grape juice and it was perfect. I especially love the ice ring since it doesn't water down the punch. It was all gone before the ring melted anyways :)
