Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2012
Love this. I didn't have steak sauce so I used worcestershire sauce like some of the other people reccommended and it came out delicious! Made extra sauce for dipping. Will make it again!

Yummy! The dressing was a little too sweet for me with the sweetness of the strawberries but still good. Will make again!

Stuffed and Wrapped Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
Wonderful! Even my kids loved this. I pounded the chicken breasts down with a mallet prior to stuffing them. And for the cream cheese mixture, I only put salt, pepper and garlic powder in it. I didn't have any chives on hand. I also added some minced garlic on top of the chicken after I wrapped them in the bacon. Excellent! Can't wait to serve this again!

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2011
Loved this! The only thing I regret was not making enough. We love grilling as much as we can so I placed this in a cast iron pot and grilled it. I added the sauce at the end and opened up the pot. Will make this again!

Cheddar Green Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
You can't go wrong with cheese! Loved this. So simple yet so tasty. I used canned green beans (I always have them around the house). Didn't have any left overs.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Yummy! Everyone in my family enjoyed these. I think next time I'll take the advice of some of the others that said they soaked them. I never knew that that would help. Wishing I had more pumpkin seeds to make up another batch of these.

Yum! I preseasoned mine with Old Bay because that's what I had on hand and followed the recipe otherwise. Will make again. Easy!

Summertime Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
Omitted the tequila because I didn't have any. Kept all other ingredients. Poured the marinade over the fish prior to cooking. Very yummy! My kids even ate it up. Easy to make.

I made this with chicken broth and used the exact veggies listed here - I loved it! I have been wanting to try quinoa and this was a great introduction to it. My kids loved it as well.

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
I also added breakcrumbs and some parmesan cheese to this recipe due to the consistency and these came out wonderful. I reduced the garlic as well - only used 1 clove for 4 burgers. Will make this one again. My kids even asked for more!

Creamy Coleslaw

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
We eat a lot of salads in my house and I was looking for a little twist on classic coleslaw. This one is delicious! We're not big fans of raisins in our salads so I eliminated those. I also used one of those store bought pre-made bags of coleslaw cabbage. Yummy!

Breakfast Pies

Reviewed: May 28, 2012
I probably should of read the reviews before I made this. Mine also over flowed onto my oven bottom. I realized this and quickly grabbed cookie sheets to put underneath the muffin tins but was too late. I used ham and cheddar cheese and they tasted good. Would like to play around with this recipe and probably won't use the Grands Biscuits for this again - they fluff up way too much!

Baked Potato Soup III

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
Excellent! I eliminated the onions because I didn't have any. I think next time I will make sure to put them in. I also sliced one baked potato into cubes and added it in. Also added garlic salt instead of salt for more flavor. Will make this again!
