Although sometimes i do suffer as a starving artist, this only challenges me as a cook which i enjoy. I adore cooking for others. My food philosophy: -Good food + good wine + good company= the best! -The way to a mans heart really is his stomach. -Food is a great aphrodisiac! -I eat sexy, therefore i am sexy...Meaning i eat chocolate and fresh fruit on a regular basis! -Your body is a temple. Treat and feed it so! -Breakfast is awesome. Salmon and chicken. I was raised in the country. We had a massive garden. Mom did lots of cooking, baking and canning. Mom's food was comforting and healthy. We always ate at the dinning room table. I have finally made the perfect gluten-free chocolate chip cookie!
