Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
This is a great basic, versitile taco meat recipe. It really couldn't be simpler. I used a high-quality black bean salsa and 3 tbsp of a homemade taco seasoning mix that's a little lower in salt. Also, I used chicken breast tenderloin pieces and the recipe only took about 4.5 hours on low. 4 out of 5 just because I felt it could have been more spiced and flavorful, but then again it does allow for flexibility in seasoning for different tastes. I like spicy, but not everyone does. Thank you!
