Garlic Chicken Stir Fry
I cant give it five stars as I did not make it exactly as written. I only changed two things - I did not use peanut oil and instead used olive oil and changed the types of veggies to suit the tastes of those in the house. We all loved it. I have never made a sauce like this before so ended up adding too much corn starch and ended up then thinning it back out with more chicken broth but it still turned out good. Love recipes like this where it is easy to make your own changes but still keep the recipe!

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish
I made this for a variety of different people last week. First of all, it's very simple and it smelled absolutely phenomenal while it was cooking. Everyone really enjoyed it - even people who were turned off by the ingredients. I also didn't have cumin so I used the balsamic vinegar as well.

Banana Cake Cookies
I made these cookies and found them to be extremely simple. I omitted pecans and substituted cinnamon for cloves as suggested. I toyed with the idea of adding peanut butter to the recipe (as I usually play around) but am glad I didn't. The recipe was a hit. the cookies are SO moist and fluffy and delicious. I also baked a few with chocolate chips and those were also great. Thanks for an awesome recipe. I am a banana lover and always looking for banana recipes that others will also enjoy if they aren't crazy about bananas.
