Good flavor and i took the suggestion from other reviewers to add sour cream instead of mayonaise. I shredded the onions and added garlic powder.

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
This is an excellent recipe. It was impressive . When ready to serve I blended it thru the salad rather than on top. I used it on romaine lettuce and added grape tomatoes, black olives and onions. I served it with Italian chicken and pasta.

Wild River Bloody Mary Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
Excellent recipe,I've made this for a large party twice now. I do use v-8 juice for the base. I make ahead of time and just add the liquor. I set the tabasco out for people to adjust to their taste. I also add 1 teaspoon of horseradish.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

YES, THIS IS 5 STARS AND I MADE IT FOR THE FIRST TIME TONITE EXACTLY TO THE DIRECTIONS. I WILL REDUCE THE BUTTER AMOUNT AND THE CREAM IN THE FUTURE AND I FEEL IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE RESULT.

Baked Sesame Chicken

We enjoyed this recipe a lot and I did think it was a bit salty but not crazy salty. I did cover it lightly with foil for the first 20 minutes them pulled it back. I will make this again.

Cola Cake

EXCELLENT MOIST CAKE. I USED DIET COKE AND A DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE MIX AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT. I ADDED A HANDFUL OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CAKE BEFORE BAKING. I SERVED IT WITH SLICED STRAWBERRIES AND TOPPED WITH COOL WHIP.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: May 29, 2003
The greatest tip from this recipe is piercing the strawberries with a toothpick, dipping in the chocolate and the styrofoam holder was life saver. I used a narrow coffee mug to hold the chocolate for dipping and it worked great. Also I liked to use longer narrower strawberries. It was so much easy then I thought and I made 200 for my daughter's wedding in about an hour. I left the toothpicks on for the holder.

Excellent salad...can be very portable---mix all except dressing in a big zip bag and put the dressing in a container and serve it at work or family gathering at the last minute- I have added cashews and it works great also---i do roast the sesame seeds and almonds for about 15 minutes in oven--gives a great taste

Chicken Salad

By far this is the best chiCken salad I have ever made. I have made this for a very large baby shower and every one raved about it. I served it with croissants on the side. I used red grapes and Hellmann's light mayonaise.

Red Salmon Pate

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2007
This is excellent ? I have a similar recipe and the only change is adding liquid smoke, just 1 tsp. does it. I put it in bowl with crackers around the plate and it is always a hit. I have used it for a filling for petite sandwiches. Make sure you buy the boneless salmon in a can.

The flavor was very good but i agree with the other reviews that it is too soupy. I cut down on sour cream but i think you must cut down on milk also
