Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2013
Great pumpkin bread! Made individual loafs as Christmas presents for my husband's work. I was able to make 9 3x5 loafs and 1 9x5 loaf. Didn't make any changes to the recipe.

Read the ingredients and didn't think they would mix well, decided to try it anyway. I'm glad I did. It's a change from the same old cheesy potatoes.

This is a great recipe for sausage gravy. I've been searching for this recipe for a long time. I followed the instructions, and it turned out fantastic. I thought that using maple sausage was strange, but it tasted wonderful.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
This is a gret recipe! I've taken it to many different parties and everyone loves it. The only thing that I do is slightly drain the salsa. I found out that it can make the runny if you don't. Kudos!!!

This is a great recipe! The first time I made it was for a work treat day. Everyone loved it. I didn't have enough time to bake it the night before, so I refrigerated it and baked it in the morning. I received a lot of compliments. Thanks for the recipe

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
My family loves this recipe! The recipe calls for only 3 tubes of biscuits, but we use all four and there's plenty of caramel to compensate for the extra dough. Every Christmas and Thanksgiving morning we have this recipe.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
This recipe is a great change from traditional grilled cheese. I did take the advice of some reviews. I only used 1/4 c. of mayo and used garlic powder instad of garlic salt. What's great about this recipe is that you can refrigerate the rest and have the next day.

Mexican Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2004
I followed the advice of the other reviews, and I'm glad I did. I used taco seasoning mix and I didin't precook my noodles. I cut my cooking time to 35-40 mins. I also don't use the pepper jack cheese. I use marble jack. With the changes the end result was terrific. Definitely a keeper!
