About this Cook
I'm 26 F live in Canada Alberta. I love cooking and baking :) i work pt on and off my fiancee mostly supports us but i find it's better if i stay at home then he doesn't have to worry about cleaning and cooking and we eat out less :)
My favorite things to cook
lazy mashed potatoes -however many potatoes cleaned( not pealed *who has the time!*) boiled for like 2-3 hours -then drain toss in the mixer with dough hooks(i love those hooks!) -1/2 cup cheese wiz (i heat in microwave 1min to loosen up) -1/2 cup mirical whip(or more to taste) -a few table spoons of butter and vwala yummy! lazy chiken and veggies -casserole dish -1/2-1 cup water -(optional) 1/3 cup BBQ sauce -chopped small 1 inch split in to 4(if there to thick they wont be ready same time as chicken) then -potatoes,(whatever i have on hand) -however many chicken breasts (thawed not stuck together) -put on lid and bake at 250 ( or higher if u have less time) -takes about an hour check once or twice flip chicken if not cooking equill on both sides -then i will heat up 1/2 cup cheese wiz for veggies to serve
