About Me
I'm currently attending university and working on getting a double major in geology and zoology. I like being able to fix a lot of different kinds of meals and have been cooking/helping in the kitchen since I was little.
My favorite things to cook
I really like cooking for big family dinners (Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays) because it gives me a chance to make a lot of different things. My second favorite thing to make is candy, especially penuche.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking apple crisp always takes everyone- it's one of the ways we spend time together as a family.
My cooking triumphs
One time I was making a batch of penuche. Unfortunately it was too humid for it to form properly, but I ended up with some excellent caramel instead.
