World's Best Lasagna

Not a fan of sweet Ital sausage so I swapped the amount of sausage (1 lb.) with the lean ground beef (3/4 lb) and it was an absolute HIT! I didn't want to share the recipe, but what the heck ....Johnchandler did and many thanks for posting it on allrecipes.com!

Artichoke Chicken

I was out of mayonnaise and no time to run to store so I substituted low-fat cream of chicken soup and it was fabulous! Next time I will substitute low-fat cream of mushroom soup.
