Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I make these using only 1 cup butter, no shortening. This is the ONLY recipe I use to make these cookies and I get compliments every time I make them. I also took the advice of some other people on here and soak the raisins for about 20 minutes in warm water. My husbands office asks me to make these all the time.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I think it does not need any salt, maybe salt to taste- but with the ham, it's salty enough. Also, pepper just to taste. It was too peppery for me. I personally was not a huge fan of this, but my husband loved it.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Amazing!! And to make it even better, I just buy a roasted chicken already made at the gocery store and shred that, it's amazing! Top it with some sour cream n cheese.. yumm!

Gnocchi I

I don't know if I did something wrong, but I'm not quite sure how this got 4.5 stars... It was too rough and the texture was not good. I've had different types of gnocchi before and they're all much more tender than how mine turned out using this recipe. I even used my favorite sauce.

It's Chili by George!!

I use this recipe in the slow cooker and I usually halve it because it's only myself and my husband- any leftoers are used for chili dogs! This is the best chili recipe I've used!

Garlic Chicken

I make this chicken atleast once a week and my husband and I love it! I've shared this recipe with friends and family members, and they love it too.. THE KEY TO TENDER CHICKEN IS TO TENDERIZE IT- very important, that totally makes a difference for me... but this recipe is amazing!!! It also makes great left overs, I just throw it over some spaghetti and add some pasta sauce for some awesome chicken parmesan!
