Delicious! My hubby, who has been a chef for 20 yrs, said it's the best dinner he's had in a long time! I did take the advice of others & double the butter mixture. I also added fresh garlic & a little minced onion to it. Great!

Awesome way to cook asparagus! I didn't have shallots so I used an onion...other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I served this along side chicken with pineapple coconut rice...it was perfect! Can't wait to make this again!

Strawberry Bread

I halved the recipe...added a tsp of vanilla extract & omitted the pecans (since my hubby doesn't like nuts in his food.) We loved it & can't stop eating it. I wish I made 2!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
Delicious! I omitted the salt as recommended by others. I also added zucchini, vidalla onions & mushrooms to the skewers. I marinated everything for about 2 hours & reserved about half of the marinade to baste with as I was grilling. I can't wait to make this again!!!!

So good & easy to make! The only thing I did differently was I added about a 1/2 cup of white wine. I served it over angel hair pasta.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
This recipe deserves 10 stars!!! I followed it almost exactly....the only changes I made was that I lightly floured the chicken thighs before browning them & I added an extra clove of garlic & a little crushed red pepper. I will never order chinese food again...this is far better than any chinese takeout!

My family LOVED this! We cannot wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow! I used ground turkey instead of beef. I also added about 3 additional cups of tomato juice. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! Delicious!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
Delicious & so easy to make! I didn't have any rice krispies, so I used crushed up townhouse crackers instead. I also added a little oregano, basil & thyme to the cheese/breadcrumb mixture. I used cooking spray on the bottom of the pan, but still drizzled the butter on top. Mine came out perfect after 40 minutes. I can't wait to eat the last piece leftover for lunch tomorrow!

Garlic Chicken

I've made this twice so far & the whole family loves it! My 3 yr old daughter is super picky & she asked for seconds! I used to make a similar recipe using butter instead of olive oil...but this recipe is healthier & much tastier! We'll be eating this once a week for sure! Thanks!

Asian Orange Chicken

Amazing! I followed the recipe almost exactly. I added a little extra garlic & omitted the green onions since I didn't have any (which it would have been even better with them, I'm sure!) We gobbled it up! It's a million times better than any chinese takout!

Shoyu Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2011
Awesome recipe! I skinned the chicken thighs, marinated them or 4 hours, baked them in the oven on 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then finished them on the grill. I boiled the marinade, as suggested by others. I used half the marinade to baste the chicken & the other half as a sauce for the stir fried snow peas I served on the side. I can't wait to make this again. Thanks!
