Shrimp Francesca
This is amazing. I did as the recipe states with the exception of cheese and it was amazing. (I too only had fresh grated parm and I have no idea what a TBS would look like over a 9x13 pan, so I sprinkled 1/4 cup.) The lemon really did add a lot, my husband thought the artichokes were pickled at first becasue the lemon gives a little zing. My husband said "I would pay for that." and then looked at how much was left and said, I don't think that is going to be good reheated (thinking he could get seconds) but I informed him another review advised it was was as good if not better the next day. So we wait.

Feta Artichoke Dip
I loved this. I took it to a New Years party and it was a hit. I took it one step further, because I like to play with recipes and added a half a jor of sliced calamata olives, so it had a definate greek taste and I served it with a thinly sliced sour dough baguette

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
I love this recipe, but looks mean a lot to me. I used red onion and I wanted spicy ones so I threw in about 15 whole dried chili peppers and everyone raved about them. You can make 1/2 spicy and half regular. (I always make a double batch) and when I make them spicy I do not use the dill.
