Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2013
Best pancakes ever! I followed the directions exactly but next time I will let my milk and egg come to room temperature and I wont mix as well. They didnt come out very fluffy like I had hoped but after reading some reviews decided to try what they say had said. Loved them though!! Will be making these more often!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: May 26, 2013
These are very delicious! Ive made them twice now. Once following the recipe to the tee and the other added a lot of what the reviews said. I definitely will be making these again. My husband loves the RL biscuits and now we can have something very similar at home. My revised recipe: 1)spray your pan, they stick very bad if you dont 2)I added a little more flour(1/8c)a half a tbs(on accident)butter 3)doubled the salt and baking powder and added a few dashes of baking soda 4)added about 1/2 to 1 tsp of garlic salt(I didnt have powder)to the flour mixture 5)the temp was a little too high....i turned it down twice so next time will try it at about 415 degrees instead of 450. Also I will be making my biscuits a little smaller than what they came out. It made 12 but they were a bit big. oh also i added a bit of parsley to the butter mixture and brushed it on! The reason I gave this a few is because it needs doctoring for us. If you dont like a lot of garlic then you should try the original recipe.

Fry Bread Tacos II

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
This was an amazing recipe for fry bread. I didnt follow the directions to the t the first time so I had to start from scratch. Make sure you have enough oil in your pan and cook them at a med heat. I love fry bread and this is by far the best I have had thanks for sharing!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
The best cookies ever! I ended up using a regular muffin pan since I didnt have a mini one. I didnt roll mine into a ball because I didnt feel like my batter was firm enough to do that. I just used a teaspoon and scooped some up and put it in the muffin pan. The cookies will look like they are not done but take them out anyway. As they are setting to cool they will finish cooking. I put my pb cups in the freezer so they were easier to press into the cookies. I didnt change any of the ingredients. I think every recipe needs to be done as instructed the first time and then do the tweaking. Thanks for sharing! By far the best cookie ever!

Sugar-Topped Applesauce Muffins

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
I just made these and they are soooo delicious. I used bisquick because I dont keep any biscuit mix. I read some of the reviews and I disagree with any changes. I always make the recipe how it was originated first and then make changes if I make it again. No change needed for this and I will be making it again. Thank you for sharing.

I have made these twice now. The first time I made them exactly how the recipe said. The second I added a half a cup more peanut butter. They are very delicious and to make them soft I took them out a few min early. Thank you for sharing.

I have made this twice now because after I made it the first time for a get together with my husbands coworkers they requested it again. Needless to say I didnt take home any leftovers and I didnt change the recipe one bit.
