Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
I love this recipe! I've been making it for a couple of years now, just haven't rated it. I agree with some of the other cooks and wait until serving to add the bacon. This is still one of my 5 year old daughter's favorites! Thanks for sharing!

Au Gratin Potatoes II
I followed the recipe to a "T" and after over 2 hours of baking, the potatoes were still not done.
