Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies II
I made them this evening, and I didn't give this a 1 star because they technically were edible, but, as others had found, my cookies were a hot mess. Crumbly, no matter WHEN you ate them (right out of the oven or an hour or two later). The taste was bland, it wasn't overly peanut-buttery OR sweet, which made them boring to eat. I used all natural peanut butter and milk chocolate chips.

Leftover Turkey Casserole
This was great for leftovers! I made some minor changes to the recipe, but nothing huge. I used a can of cream of broccoli, and a can of cream of chicken soup instead of what was listed; I used frozen full green beans instead of the canned french style; I used homemade stuffing instead of boxed; I added a layer of grated marble cheese; And I didn't have any sour cream on hand so I used 1/4 cup of milk. I layered it as follows: Soup/turkey/milk/onion soup mixture, then green beans, then cheese, and then stuffing on top. I heated it 40 minutes, and it was perfectly heated through! I will definitely make this to use up leftovers the next time I cook a turkey dinner! Thanks so much!

Grandma Jensen's Nuts and Bolts
I have these in the oven right now, and the smell is heavenly! I do this recipe exactly the way it is written, and it's always a HUGE hit! I made a double batch last year for gifts at Christmas time, and people were asking for the recipe. The only change this year was I couldn't find any Rice Chex (only corn), so I ended up adding a bit of extra of everything else. Still, it's going to taste great, and I'm going to devour quite a bit myself! Thanks so much for posting the wonderful, classic nuts and bolts recipe!
