Applesauce Bars
Like other reviewers, I baked this in an 8X8" pan so it was more like a cake. It was very quick and easy to make and turned out very moist and flavorful. I followed the recipe except for one minor change - I substituted some of the white flour for whole wheat pastry flour. I will definitely make this again.
