Cornbread Muffins I
came out quite tasty, I did reduce the sugar as recommended to 1/2 cup, and i added sauteed bacon and onions. the batter was stiff, but didn't come out too dense.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
came out great, followed the recipe to a t. watch out for splashing when pouring onto the cookie sheet...

Mom's Pie Crust
I tried this today and made it in my food processor. I think if I make it again I would halve the recipe as I don't have a very big processor. All in all it came out delicious and flaky. The only thing i changed was I added a bit of salt.
