Unsloppy Joes

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2014
I am super impressed with this recipe it was wonderful! Filling to eat and fast to make. I mistakenly grabbed a can of basil, garlic and oregano diced tomatoes but it still tastes great! I think I may use it every time. Also, my husband decided we should not scoop out our whole wheat rolls. A new recipe to use with out meat!! Thank you so much for sharing.

Green Tomato Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2014
Love this recipe!! I was leery at first because green tomatoes did not sound appetizing but this recipe was wonderful. Thank you so much. I had followed the healthy recommendations from J. Nelson and it turned out perfect. This is a definite keeper! I only wish I had more green tomatoes!!

Crunchy Pumpkin Pie Granola

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2014
I love this recipe I have used this recipe a bunch of times and its great! The reason I gave this recipe four stars was because the pumpkin pie spice flavoring just did not seem to go well. I omit the pumpkin pie spice flavoring and use cinnamon and nutmeg instead which is close. I would highly recommend making a big batch on this one its delicious!

Vegetarian Mexican Inspired Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2014
Delicious recipe very tasty and super fast if you have the rice already left over. Easy to put together ahead of time and then just slide the tray in the oven. I cooked my peppers in the microwave to save a little time, next time I will reduce the amount of salt added to the rice mixture. Thank you for sharing!!

Yummy Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2012
Delicious recipe!! Thank you so much, my family dinner was a success!! I had to use more sauce than the recipe called for and added minced onion and green pepper to the sauce. I made 2lbs ground beef by mistake and used it all. I seasoned it with some garlic powder for some extra flavor and it worked out well, since I did not have pepperoni on hand.

Grilled Salmon With Orange Glaze

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2012
Delicious! I prepared the sauce as written but cooked it in the oven;it turned out just right! The only thing I would change is to marinade the fish in the sauce for at least 20mins before cooking just to infuse the flavor a little more.

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2011
Great recipe thank you for sharing!! This was my first experience using yeast and it was a pleasurable one. Simple and fun, I even got my 5yr old boy involved in shaping some of the pretzels. He had a blast making things and they cooked up great! I will definitely share this one. One tip is make sure the pans are very well greased to prevent sticking. Thanks again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
Made a few changes, I used ham steak, and thiner chicken breasts. I secured them with a toothpick and dipped only the top with egg and seasoned bread crumbs. Very delicious. I made a gravy out of a few drippings, creamed mushroom soup, sour cream and lemon juice. Its a keeper! Thanx

Juicy Peach Crisp

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
I cut my peaches in half and removed the pit before boiling them for 20secs to remove skin it made cutting them up a lot safer than trying to cut up a slippery round object. Great recipe I made a few changes, its def a keeper. Wish it had a little more crunch tho. Thanx!!
