Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
Delicious!! I followed the recipe exact, with the exception of using fresh spinach instead of frozen. I followed suggestion of putting them in a greased cupcake pan. They were inexpensive to make, quick to put together, and looked like fancy gourmet. It was a big hit!

This was delicious! My husband is lactose-intolerant, so we used oil instead of butter, and soy milk for the milk, and my family ate the whole pot in the one evening. I will defintely be making this again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
This is delicious! My family absolutely loved this. My son asked that I make it for dinner tomorrow also, since he didn't get to eat as much as he wanted to. I did not read the reviews so I didn't see that you should double the sauce, but i wish I knew, because I ran out quickly. I just used the pan juices to keep basting. It turned out great!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2002
Definately the most convienent, delicious cookie ever!! I always make when in a hurry and have to make a dessert to go out. Everyone raves over these. They are so addictive. I always use about 5 tbls of cocoa, and boil for about 3 minutes, no more, otherwise the cookie falls apart.

Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2002
Looks beautiful, tastes delicious. I had a hard time cutting it. It was falling all over the place. I had large strawberries, so the slices were huge. I would probably cut the strawberries in quarters first and then slice. And do not add chocolate topping until right before you serve it, otherwise it melts on top of it and looks stupid. I definately recommend this recipe to anyone who loves a strawberry shortcake.
