Chinese Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2013
This is sooo good! I used twice as much meat sliced very thin. I used two bell peppers, and two yellow onions sauteed, tripled the sauce, and put the raw meat, and sauce in to the pan with the peppers/onions and a cup of water to make more sauce. I cooked it on med. high until the beef was cooked and the sauce thickened.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
This was wonderful! I changed it a little by adding a halved onion, 2 jumbo cloves of garlic, with the celery to the cavity along with the margarine. I sprinkled the top with about 1/2 Tbs of rosemary. It took a little longer to get the core temp up to 180 degrees but it was very juicy. I served it with roasted potatoes, carrots, onion, and brussell sprouts. I also made a country pepper gravy

New England Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
I changed it up a little from the original. I used about 4 oz of diced salt pork instead of bacon, and used 1 1/3 cups of clam juice give or take instead of water, and didn't add more at the end. I also put in 2 bay leaves while cooking the potatoes. Instead of half and half, I used 3 cups of heavy cream, and instead of 10 of minced clams, I used 4 6.5 oz cans of chopped clams. I'm from Boston, and this came out amazing!!

New England Clam Chowder I

I changed it up a little but kept it basically the same.
