Strawberry, Kiwi, And Spinach Salad

A delicious blend of raspberries and strawberries. I used fresh frozen raspberries to make the raspberry vinigar and tossed a few into the salad.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

What a wonderfully warm meal to take the chill off the evening. Tasty and creamy, my family loved it...will definately make it again. The left over potatoes and soup made a great lunch for one the next day!

Winter Solstice Soup

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful soup! Served it before a family Christmas outing and it was a hit. A delicious soup to chase away the chill of winter. I plan on making this a staple in my house.
