Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Great recipe, very simple. I have never ever made pudding before not even from a box. I followed the recipe as described but with some minor changes. I used 1C of milk and 1C of heavy whipping cream and I dissolved the sugar and cornstarch as much as I could in a cup of cold milk first. Will definitely make again. Thank you

Bacalao a la Vizcaina (Basque Style Codfish Stew)

My family has been making codfish for years now, normally I don't really eat it so they try not to make it while am around. in this case I decided to make it for them, Wow it was delicious. They were all very impressed and they loved it.

Pancakes I

This recipe is awesome it made exactly 9 pancakes which was perfect because it was breakfast for 3. The only thing I did different was add Vanilla and I let the batter rest for a little bit oh and I omitted the baking powder because what I had was self rising flour.

Country-Style Ribs

Definitely a 5 star recipe!! Everyone absolutely loved it. I am definitely making it again I had never made Country style ribs because I didn't know how to make it well know I do. I followed the recipe to the letter the only thing I did do different was that I marinated the meat overnight then patted dry and floured the ribs ( I doubled the sauce for marinating overnight) O.M.G I can't stop talking about it, and the sauce the SAUCE is AMAZING. I have a lot left over so am going to marinate chicken breast with it for tomorrow then lightly flour fry then am going to thick up a little bit of the sauce and serve on top..... AWESOME.. Thank you so much.... Yummy !!!!

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

I absolutely love this recipe. this has been the only time I have actually made brownies that actually looked like a brownie is suppose to look. I took some to work and everyone loved them. Although I do find that the actually brownie really over powers the cheese mixture I could barely taste it (could it be because I added an extra 3 Tbs of cocoa power to the mix?) also I had to bake the brownies for about an 1hr because after the 45 mins I did the toothpick trick and the center was not done of the actually brownie the cheese part was, so I put it back in the oven for 10 min cover with aluminum foil. I didn't frost them because to me I thought it would be too much. Next time I will add about 4 oz more of cheese. Nevertheless I loved them and so did everyone.

Quick Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

The hubby absolutely loved them, he ate them all. I on the other hand didn't really care much for them I think the cookies need to be cooked a little longer to me it feels like the cookie is raw and I could taste the saltines of the mix. I will them again and I am going to cook the cookie a couple min longer.oh and I loved the frosting .

awesome Cookies, Everyone loved them even my in-laws had some. I followed some reviews and added less water. I also added an extra half cut of white chocolate chips and let the batter rest for a few min. They were delicious.

Oven Brown Rice

O.M.G.... I love this recipe 2nd time making brown rice (1st time with this recipe) my hubby loved it!! I actually made it tonight just to try it out so that tomorrow I can have some type of knowledge since am having a little dinner party. I will not look around for any other recipe. I will thought, try to tweaking this one a little so I can have a tender drier grain. the only problem I encounter was that after about 30 Min at 350 the water wasn't even boiling so I up temp to 400 and I gave it an extra 30 Min total 1 hr 30 min. I also did 2 cups rice and a 14.5 oz of beef & chicken broth.

Creamy Chicken Dijon

The recipe is good and is very simple and easy to make, my boyfriend and I really liked it am giving it a 3 start because all of the flavor is in the sauce. The chicken by it self has no flavor, will do again but next time I will at least salt and pepper the kitchen before browning.

Brown Sugar Shortbread Cookies

I followed the every step of this recipe. The dough was really crumbly and the cookies really didn't taste like much to me or my boyfriend and that is very rare. I wont be making this again!
