Dripping Roast Beef Sandwiches with Melted Provolone

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I tried these based on other reviews and I did not care for the sauce. I make french dips just like this, but with beef broth. I think the taste of the french onion soup spoiled it for me. Did not like the tart flavor of it. If you want a good sauce use two cans of beef broth, chopped onion, 1-2 tbsp. worchestershire and 1 tbsp. soy sauce. Just add all to a pot and bring to a boil. Serve.

Country Fried Steaks with Sweet Onion Gravy

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
I cooked recipe like it said and the steaks came out rubbery and a little tough. The gravy rocks though. I have never had a recipe with cube steaks where they weren't tough. I may make the gravy again, but not the cube steaks. Might be good with chicken breasts.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2010
I cooked this for the whole time it stated on recipe. Unfortunately one of the chicken breasts was not as thick as the other one and so it dried out and was tough. The thicker one was juicy and delicious. So if you are going to cook this don't cook as long if the breasts aren't thick.
