I thought this was great! I changed it just a bit - used boneless skinless thighs that I cut up into thirds (used 2 pounds), added peas, no onion, added salt, pepper and garlic powder and cooked on high for only 3 hours. I cut up 4 frozen biscuits (while still frozen) and added them after 1.5 hours. With 30 minutes to go, I stirred it all up. It came out very tasty, not at all bland, the meat was moist and everyone, including my 13 month old gobbled it up. I would probably quarter 6 or 8 biscuits next time b/c they turned out so good. This is a quick throw-together dinner when you can't figure out what to make - I had everything in the house already. Can't wait for the leftovers!!!
