Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
this makes a very moist and tasty chicken. I don't heat the garlic with the oil and it still is plenty garlicky. Very good!

Blueberry Blintz Souffle

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
this was just ok. It had tasted like blintzes somewhat, but reminded everyone of just cheesecake here. the flavor was good but I'd rather just make blintzes or make cheesecake.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
This was very, very good. I sub'd 1/2 cup of chicken broth for the wine and it was still really good. Quick and easy and a great use of our fresh tomatoes.

Chicken In Basil Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2008
this was wonderful. i didn't use pimentos and i used fat free 1/2 and 1/2 instead of cream and cooked the chicken in olive oil. it was fabulous - i will make this again.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2008
These were very good. I marinated the chicken in the liquid for about 20 minutes before cooking. I forgot to add the green onion but these were still very good. My kids didn't care much for them though - so 4 vs 5 stars. I used boneless, skinless chicken tighs so they were very moist.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
The whole family enjoyed this. I drizzled olive oil on top and a bit in the pan instead of the butter. The filling tastes like boursin. It was great. I used fresh garlic.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
These were great! Moist and tasty. I wouldn't measure the breadcrumbs and cheese and i'd only use one egg. I had way too much breading left over to throw away. I used panko italian breadcrumbs. I'll make this again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very easy and very good! This really surprised me at how tasty it was. I will make this again. Tonight I made it with turkey bacon instead of ham, no celery an instead carrots. Kids gobbled it up.

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
It's just that, spinach quiche. I followed the recipe exactly. It wasn't the best, nor was it horrible. It was a basic, good quiche -nothing more, nothing less.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
I made this as directed but didn't do the breadcrumb topping. It was great! I didn't add the milk and didn't find it dry at all. It was FABULOUS reheated the next day. I doubled the recipe and it was gone in less than 24 hours (family of 4, kids 3 and 19 mos). I might blend the cottage cheese next time before mixing it in. Even though I used the small curd, you could still see the curds. This was the best mac and cheese i've ever made - and i'm trying to find a recipe to use over and over and right now this is it!
