Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
i added one box of chocolate pudding mix so they were like double chocolate chip cookies. vanilla pudding mix would be better if you just want chocolate chip cookies. I added an extra tsp vanilla extract and 1tsp water. I didn't add the nuts either (i didn't have any) I also replaced sugar with splenda so it came out to 60 calories per cookie :)

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
a few tips: 1. use a double boiler when melting chocolate. one time i didnt and the chocolate didnt melt and it didnt word. 2. dont put honey inside these! not even with the peanut butter! i did with a few of them and they slid apart and the honey seeped out of the chocolate coating 3. when coating, i suggest plopping the cracker sandwhich in the chocolate, turning them over with the wrong end of a fork untill coated, then stick one of those cake testers right inbetween the crackers where the peanut butter is to pull it out of the chocolate and place on wax paper. This keeps the chocolate nice. 4.make plenty because they will be eaten fast!!! :D 5.have fun making them and enjoy!

Luscious Chocolate Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
this was really good. i used semi sweet nestle chocolate and melted it over the stove with 1 1/3 cups sugar. If you do that and want it to have little bumps in it add the sugar and chocolate at the same time and melt them together but if you prefer it smooth, microwave or melt chocolate over stove then add sugar. I rolled them in ground almonds with cinnomon and them some powdered sugar. I prefer the ones rolled in the almond mixture. These were great! thanks!

Cinnabun Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
these were pretty good! i used a different recipe for the glaze bc to complete the idea of a cinnabun. Although the dough took a really long time to chil and still seemed a little to flimsy
